How to visit the Owlto Finance testnet and perform bridge transfers around the Linea Testnet?

Owlto Finance is a decentralized cross-rollup bridge that focuses on L2. Linea represents the next evolution of ConsenSys zkEVM, powering a new generation of dapps built on Ethereum. This tutorial will guide you on how to perform bridge transfers around the Linea testnet using Owlto Finance.

Step 1: Switch Owlto Finance to the testnet.

The mainnet and testnet of Owlto Finance share the same URL: https://owlto.finance, so you can switch between the mainnet and testnet on the Owlto Finance website.

You don’t need to add any network to your wallet in advance. Click on the network icon in the top right corner of Owlto Finance and select “Testnet”.

Step 2: perform bridge transfers around the Linea Testnet.

If you want to bridge funds from a certain testnet to Linea testnet, simply select that network and the wallet will automatically switch to that network. Then you can select Linea testnet from the destination network list.

You can also transfer funds back from the Linea Testnet to other networks.

Please note that transferring funds from Linea Testnet back to Goerli or other networks may take a long time due to network congestion and inaccurate gas fee estimations. This is a Linea network issue and is not related to Owlto Finance. To speed up the transfer process, we recommend selecting “Speed up” in your wallet. Once the source chain completes the transfer, the destination chain will receive the funds quickly.
